Adviser relies on various legal bases under applicable data protection legislation in order to process your personal information, including our legitimate interests, contractual necessity and as required by law. We do not collect any special categories of personal information about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). This includes names, dates of birth, birth place, postal address, email address, phone number, fax number, citizenship, location of residence, account name, Social Security number, tax status, driver’s license number and passport number; name with financial account, gender, user name and password for investor portal, account data, risk tolerance, transaction history, investment experience, accounts and transactions with other institutions, source of funds, income and assets, and interest in any of the Funds, including ownership percentage, capital investment and income and losses.

We also process information in relation to companies that we are evaluating in connection with a potential investment in or purchase of such companies. This personal information is obtained via third parties (i.e., the company in question).
